Heyy :)

Well...Ummm....Hellloooooo....

i still haven't wrote Bust A Move in a looooonnnggg time.
i am always like this, i want to do it and try very hard but then i'm just too lazy after that. so i think i'm just gonna keep those novels in my head :)

well... i have nothing interesting really. same old monday, tuesday, wednesday and bla bla bla. see i'm just so lazy to even type the days of the week.

well i don't know if this is interesting or not but so like there this guy i use to like. his name is 'never gonna tell'  (lol). i've liked him for a very long time but i just don't think he likes me which i don't really mind cuz i'm still young. so don't wanna think about relationship and stuff.

like so he's just my best guy-dude-boy-friend but everyone is like, "OMG Nina!! you should date *him*. he's so sweet to you and all" . but when i started year 6 it was just so AWKWARD
i mean i didn't talk to him for a whole year

so i'm like

just cuz i'm not in the same class as you but whatever. but when this year came, i plucked up the courage and said hey to him on fb. so then started a convo of me and him. i was smiling to everything he typed.
and when i told my friends they were like

"He's so gonna totally want to date you."

i told him my secrets, he'd tell his. i had a problem then he helped me through it but all of a sudden he was ignoring me, he kept saying watever. he was like mad at me somehow. he was turning into a jerk. he told me if i had any problem i could turn to him. i called him one night, i was crying, i needed help. i called but he just said he needed to sleep. i was heartbroken. his best friend needed him but sleep was more important. so one day he asked me do i like him. well i was furious because he did something i don't remember and that time i was no where close 'LIKING' AN A-HOLE LIKE HIM!!
i was like

so then i was like "kay" "whatever" "i don't care" "goodbye"

but then stupidly, people have been spreading stupid rumors about me and him. i heard he cried when we fought on fb and i blocked him, he came to school with red eyes, been crying at school, sulks when he sees me happy, angry when i am with another guy, hates me.
those are some random rumors that i heard. then month passed like leaves in the wind (lol) i soon unblocked him. then after that i heard that he 'coupled up with another girl' i was like WTF?!?! so i was like blasting 'Want U Back' by Cher Lloyd.
and looked like this

then i lost hope of everything till an angel lit up my world. he was kind and all but still keeping my distance and now when that a hole sees me with him i just smile and laugh.

"You, clearly didn't think this through,
if what i've been told is true,
You'll be coming back like boo, hoo, hoo."

and when you come back i'll be like

i think thats all for now. it's 12:53am now. And i want to say happy birthday to my friend Sahira who has helped me through my ups and downs, who's been there for me. today is her birthday. Happy B'Day Gurrlll :*

now here's Niall being cute!!

  i like the last one goofy-cute <3

Heyyy :)

sorry it's been a long time since i updated anything....stuuuupidd. i haven't even got close to the laptop because my sis has to do her 'work' . annoying. so i checked my stats and saw people from Netherlands, Luxembourg, Poland, Argentina and Germany. but most from Russia. Hello new viewers :)

i hate this month. i'm sick. i have headaches and flu and no one seems to care. i'm scared i might have migraine. here's a bit of fact about migraines.

A migraine is a common type of headache that may occur with symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, or sensitivity to light. In many people, a throbbing pain is felt only on one side of the head.
Some people who get migraines have warning symptoms, called an aura, before the actual headache begins. An aura is a group of symptoms, including vision disturbances, that are a warning sign that a bad headache is coming. Migraine headaches tend to first appear between the ages of 10 and 45. Sometimes they may begin later in life.
  • Migraines occur more often in women than men
  • Migraines may run in families
  • Some women, but not all, may have fewer migraines when they are pregnant
A migraine is caused by abnormal brain activity, which can be triggered by a number of factors. However, the exact chain of events remains unclear. Today, most medical experts believe the attack begins in the brain, and involves nerve pathways and chemicals. The changes affect blood flow in the brain and surrounding tissues.
Alcohol, stress and anxiety, certain odors or perfumes, loud noises or bright lights, and smoking may trigger a migraine. Migraine attacks may also be triggered by:
  • Caffeine withdrawal
  • Changes in hormone levels during a woman's menstrual cycle or with the use of birth control pills
  • Changes in sleep patterns
  • Exercise or other physical stress
  • Missed meals
  • Smoking or exposure to smoke
Migraine headaches can be triggered by certain foods. The most common are:
  • Any processed, fermented, pickled, or marinated foods, as well as foods that contain monosodium glutamate (MSG)
  • Baked goods, chocolate, nuts, peanut butter, and dairy products
  • Foods containing tyramine, which includes red wine, aged cheese, smoked fish, chicken livers, figs, and certain beans
  • Fruits (avocado, banana, citrus fruit)
  • Meats containing nitrates (bacon, hot dogs, salami, cured meats)
  • Onions
This list may not include all triggers.
True migraine headaches are not a result of a brain tumor or other serious medical problem. However, only an experienced health care provider can determine whether your symptoms are due to a migraine or another condition.

Symptoms

Vision disturbances, or aura, are considered a "warning sign" that a migraine is coming. The aura occurs in both eyes and may involve any or all of the following:
  • A temporary blind spot
  • Blurred vision
  • Eye pain
  • Seeing stars or zigzag lines
  • Tunnel vision
Other warning signs include yawning, difficulty concentrating, nausea, and trouble finding the right words.
Not every person with migraines has an aura. Those who do usually develop one about 10 - 15 minutes before the headache. However, an aura may occur just a few minutes to 24 hours beforehand. A headache may not always follow an aura.
Migraine headaches can be dull or severe. The pain may be felt behind the eye or in the back of the head and neck. For many patients, the headaches start on the same side each time. The headaches usually:
  • Feel throbbing, pounding, or pulsating
  • Are worse on one side of the head
  • Start as a dull ache and get worse within minutes to hours
  • Last 6 to 48 hours
Other symptoms that may occur with the headache include:
  • Chills
  • Increased urination
  • Fatigue
  • Loss of appetite
  • Nausea and vomiting
  • Numbness, tingling, or weakness
  • Problems concentrating, trouble finding words
  • Sensitivity to light or sound
  • Sweating
Symptoms may linger even after the migraine has gone away. Patients with migraine sometimes call this a migraine "hangover." Symptoms can include:
  • Feeling mentally dull, like your thinking is not clear or sharp
  • Increased need for sleep
  • Neck pain

Signs and tests

Your doctor can diagnose this type of headache by asking questions about your symptoms and family history of migraines. A complete physical exam will be done to determine if your headaches are due to muscle tension, sinus problems, or a serious brain disorder.
There is no specific test to prove that your headache is actually a migraine. However, your doctor may order a brain MRI or CT scan if you have never had one before or if you have unusual symptoms with your migraine, including weakness, memory problems, or loss of alertness.
An EEG may be needed to rule out seizures. A lumbar puncture (spinal tap) might be done.

you know what? last year i fainted almost 8 times. i was sent to the hospital.  did some brain test cuz the doctor thought i had brain problem. i did lots of brain test, but the doctor found nothing. but i know there's something weird going in my head. but when i say that to my parents, they don't listen. i did all those test early 2011. but i started having pain in my brain (lol that rhymes XD) at the end of 2011.

they think i faint because of stress. stress my foot!! >:(

well i'll update something weird next time :)

I NEARLY DIED!!!
Tuesday, 18 September 2012 | 00:50 | 0 wink

Heyyy :)

So yeah i nearly died.

well technically i nearly died on 12/9/2012.
i'm busy doing my stuff so never really had a chance to post it. so like i was in the science lab and the teacher told us to do this experiment. so i sat at my table and just watched my friend trying to light the Bunsen burner. we like already checked if the gas was running or not. so we thought it wasn't. but some stupid a-hole of ----------- did something to it. and when my friend lighted it up it exploded at my face!

well that's fire on hand. but this was like inches from me. i thought like wow just great. the day i wore a moisturizer and it's oily. but then i pushed back my chair and i think i suffered a bit of a trauma. cause i use to love fire but now it just scares me a bit. but that day i learnt something important...... never give ------ the burner again -_-'

so like i got tons of homework to do now so
